PATRONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
If you have special needs, please call 416-368-6161 to see how we may best accommodate you during your visit. As a guideline, the following is how we may be able to assist you:
- Parking for patrons with disabilities: The Centre offers a limited number of on-site parking spaces for patrons using wheelchairs. Spaces are booked on a first come first served basis, call 416-368-6161 to reserve in advance.
- Wheelchair-accessible seats: Seating for patrons using wheelchairs is available on the Orchestra level, on a first-come first-served basis.
Please call 416-368-6161 to purchase tickets in the wheelchair- accessible locations.
- Listening devices for the hearing-impaired: Sennheiser Infrared Listening Devices are available from the Patron Services desk located in the main lobby. These are free of charge, however a piece of identification is required for deposit.
BINOCULARS
To catch the action up close, binoculars are available for a rental fee from Patron Services located in the main lobby. Identification for deposit is required.
BOOSTER SEATS
The Centre has a limited number of booster seats available on a first-come first-served basis. Please ask an usher for assistance.
ADMISSIONS POLICY
All patrons, including children and babies-in-arms, must have a valid ticket of admission for any performance at the Sony Centre.
COAT CHECK
For your convenience, coat check is now available for all performances.
